Refund policy

All products sold on RPbazzar (server.rpbazzar.com) are digital products. Once your order is completed, the product is delivered instantly (download link, license key or in-game delivery), so it cannot be "returned" in any way.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because of the nature of digital goods, RPbazzar does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered. Please read the product description carefully and contact us with any questions BEFORE you buy.

By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery begins immediately and that you give up any right to cancel or withdraw once the product has been delivered.

Minor issues with individual items or features do not qualify for a refund. Our team may fix such issues at its own discretion.

EXCEPTIONS
We will only review a request in these cases:
- You were charged but never received the product.
- You were charged twice for the same order.

To report one of these, email us at support@rpbazzar.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order number. If the problem is confirmed, we will either deliver the product or refund the duplicate charge.

CHARGEBACKS
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, RPbazzar may suspend your access to the purchased product and refuse future orders.
